Nicole Milholland, Licensed Athletic Trainer & Licensed Massage Therapist
Nicole received her degree in Athletic Training from Illinois State University in 1996 and a certificate in Therapeutic Massage from Kishwaukee College in 2002. Nicole specializes in sports massage, deep tissue massage, cranio-sacral therapy, muscle release technique and working with postoperative patients. She also teaches massage therapy at two local community colleges.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking and reading.
