David Smith

Licensed Physical Therapist, Chiropractor

David graduated from the University of Health Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Palmer College of Chiropractic with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has a diverse background including outpatient private practice, hospital acute care, skilled rehabilitation, home health and specialization in pre and post surgical rehabilitation of the cervical and lumbar spine. David is the father of two kids. In his spare time he enjoys teaching taekwondo.
