Massage Therapy

At Unlimited Performance we understand that most anyone can benefit from massage therapy. A massage technique can create a multitude of therapeutic effects occurring not only at the site of massage, but throughout the entire body. General benefits include increased circulation and lymphatic flow, increased flexibility, improved relaxation and decreased blood pressure. Massage therapy is also beneficial in the treatment and management of specific conditions including, but not limited to lymphedema, post-operative scar and pain management, headaches, anxiety, cancer, neck and back pain, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome and discomfort associated with pregnancy.

On your first appointment to Unlimited Performance, your massage therapist will request that you complete a medical history form, including any health issues, previous surgeries, recent injuries and current medications. Your massage therapist will create a treatment plan based on your medical history and specific goals. This process ensures safety and allows us to provide the most beneficial treatment possible.

To schedule an appointment:

• Appointments are available days and evenings.
• Call 815.748.8900. The sessions are either half-hour or an hour in length.
• Physician referrals may be submitted to insurance companies.
• Self-referrals are asked to pay at time of service.
• Gift certificates are available throughout the year and may be purchased at Unlimited
  Performance in Sycamore or in the Kishwaukee Community Hospital Gift Shop.
