- Appointments are available days and evenings.
- Call 815.748.8900. The sessions are either half-hour or an hour in length.
- Physician referrals may be submitted to insurance companies.
- Self referrals are asked to pay at time of service.
- Gift certificates are available throughout the year and may be purchased at Unlimited
Performance or in the Kishwaukee Community Hospital Gift Shop.
